I can finally share some news I've been holding onto.
I've teamed up with Simon Maverick, an imprint of Simon & Schuster Audio, to bring the first two books in The Krewe series to audio.

And y'all, hearing these characters out loud is about to be something else.
So much of The Krewe lives in its voices. New Orleans is in the language, the rhythm, the humor, the way these characters talk to each other, and even the things they don't say. From the beginning, it was important to me that the audio versions feel like they belong to the same world I've built on the page.
The process is already underway, and I've been involved in listening to narrator options as we work toward finding the right voices for these characters.

For now, I'm just taking this one in.
I started The Krewe with a story in my head and a world I wanted people to step inside. Knowing that soon you'll be able to hear that world too feels a little surreal.
I can't wait for y'all to experience it.
